Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


๐Ÿ”น 1. Return Eligibility

Since our products are Ayurvedic consumables (capsules, oil, powder, prash, etc.), we can only accept returns in limited cases for safety and hygiene reasons.
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition, or

  • You received the wrong product.

Please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.


๐Ÿ”น 2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or Diwali sales

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage


๐Ÿ”น 3. Return / Replacement Process

If your order qualifies for return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hafeezacaps.com or WhatsApp our helpline with your order number, photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24โ€“48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or replacement depending on your location.

Note: Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code. If not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and weโ€™ll reimburse reasonable courier charges.


๐Ÿ”น 4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Weโ€™ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (details to be provided by you).

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account or UPI wallet.

  • Contact your bank or payment gateway โ€” sometimes processing takes a few days.
