  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed on the next business day.

We use reliable and reputed courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure smooth delivery across India.
Your tracking ID will be provided as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“5 working days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 5โ€“7 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7โ€“10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as festivals, weather conditions, or courier network issues.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above โ‚น499.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or small-value purchases, a nominal fee of โ‚น49โ€“โ‚น99 may apply (as shown during checkout).

  • Any promotional Free Delivery offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

  • COD is available in most major pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure your contact number and address are correct so the delivery agent can reach you easily.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected time:

  • In rare cases of courier loss or return-to-origin (RTO), we will reship or refund as per your preference.
